Community Guidelines

Top88 is committed to fostering a community of players characterized by civility, friendliness, and mutual respect. To maintain this positive environment, we hereby establish these Community Guidelines (the "Guidelines"), which apply to all users engaging in Top88 community activities (including, but not limited to, in-game chat, forum comments, interaction on official Top88 social media channels, etc.). By adhering to these Guidelines, you contribute to ensuring a positive and safe experience for all.

1. Respect and Courtesy

  • Respect for Others: Members shall at all times treat other members with respect, as they would wish to be treated. The use of insulting, profane, abusive, or threatening language is prohibited. Harassment or bullying in any form, whether direct or indirect, shall not be tolerated within the community.
  • Friendliness and Assistance: Members are encouraged to be friendly, welcome new players, and offer assistance if knowledgeable. We share a common interest; let us regard each other as peers. In the event of misunderstandings or disputes, all parties shall endeavor to resolve them amicably, through dialogue or by seeking intervention from an administrator.
  • Appropriate Language: Members shall use healthy and civil language. The posting of vulgar, pornographic, offensive, or inflammatory content is strictly prohibited. In public chat channels, excessive use of emojis or the repeated transmission of meaningless messages (spamming) is discouraged.

2. Non-Discrimination

  • Equality for All: There shall be absolutely no discrimination or prejudice against any member based on race, color, national origin, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, or any other personal characteristic. Hate speech, mockery, or prejudice in any form are forbidden.
  • Cultural Respect: Members acknowledge that the Top88 community comprises players from diverse cultural backgrounds. Members shall maintain an open mind and respect cultural diversity. Speech or behavior that may be deemed culturally or religiously offensive to others must be avoided.

3. Prohibited Conduct and Content

  • Prohibition on Advertising & Spam: Top88 community channels shall not be used for advertising other services or inserting unrelated external links (especially competitor betting links or unauthorized affiliate marketing links). Spamming of messages, or the repeated sending of the same content to annoy others, is also prohibited.
  • No Advocacy of Illegal Activity: The Top88 community does not permit any content that violates applicable laws. Discussion or sharing of methods to commit crimes, use illegal substances, or engage in extreme violence is forbidden. The trade or sale of accounts, virtual currencies, or money laundering activities through the platform are also strictly prohibited.
  • Prohibition on Sensitive and Illegal Content: Members shall not post pornographic materials, vulgar images or videos, or overtly sexual content, especially content involving minors (which will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities). The sharing of copyrighted material, cheating/hacking software, or anything that could cause harm (viruses, malware) is also prohibited.
  • No Impersonation: Impersonating Top88 staff, administrators, or any other individual/organization is strictly forbidden. Such actions create confusion and may be used to defraud other players. Official Top88 staff members bear specific labels (e.g., [Admin] or [Mod]); if an individual lacks such identification and claims to be staff, members must exercise caution and report the individual to us.
  • Personal Information Security: For your own safety, do not share sensitive personal information (such as home address, phone number, national ID number, bank details) on public community channels. We also prohibit soliciting personal information from others. If someone asks for your sensitive information, decline and report the request. Official staff will never request your password or One-Time Password (OTP).

4. Behavioral Guidelines in Chat/Forums

  • Adherence to Topic (On-topic): When participating in a discussion thread (on forums or chat groups), members shall strive to keep the conversation relevant to the original topic. Avoid abrupt redirection or spamming of unrelated content. To discuss a different topic, members may create a new post or move to the appropriate chat room.
  • Language Usage: English is the common language; members are encouraged to use English when interacting with international peers on general channels.
  • Avoid Public Conflict: Personal conflicts with other players should not be resolved through confrontation or mutual insults on public channels. Such conduct detracts from the positive atmosphere for all members. Parties may move the conversation to private messaging (if appropriate) or seek the assistance of an administrator for mediation.

5. Responsibility and Consequences

  • Compliance with Administrator Instructions: Top88 maintains a team of administrators and moderators to supervise and support the community. If they instruct a member to adjust their conduct (e.g., stop spamming, change tone), the member must respect and comply. Their purpose is to maintain order, not to harass.
  • Reporting Violations: Each member is responsible for contributing to the preservation of the community. If a member encounters a violation of these Community Guidelines, they shall use the available “Report” function next to the content or notify an administrator. Do not hesitate—your report will be handled confidentially and promptly. We rely on the cooperation of the community to detect issues in a timely manner.
  • Consequences of Violation: Depending on the severity of the violation, the following measures may be implemented:
    • Private Warning: For minor or first-time violations (e.g., accidental spamming, slightly rude language), an administrator will send a private message advising the member to adjust their conduct.
    • Content Removal: Violating posts and comments (hate speech, advertising, etc.) will be removed from the platform. Members may not receive prior notice of removal in cases where the violation is clear.
    • Temporary Suspension of Chat/Comment Privileges: Should a member persist in violating or commit a serious violation, we reserve the right to temporarily revoke their community participation privileges (e.g., 24-hour chat ban, 7-day ban, etc.). The member may still play the game but will be unable to interact with others.
    • Account Termination: In cases of particularly severe or repeated violations (e.g., severe harassment, blatant discrimination, disclosure of other members' information, fraud...), we reserve the right to permanently terminate the member's Top88 account. This is a measure of last resort, which we hope to avoid, but the safety of the community takes precedence over any individual intentionally causing disruption.
    • Administrator Decisions are Final: In all cases involving the handling of violations, the decision of the Top88 administration/Customer Support team shall be final. We shall strive for fairness and consideration of circumstances, but we will not engage in public debate regarding disciplinary decisions. Should a member be dissatisfied or misunderstand a decision, they should contact Customer Support for clarification rather than disrupting the community. Members can also refer to the Complaints Policy for further detail on escalations if they are not satisfied with the outcome.

6. Content Provided by Top88

On our community channels, in addition to player interaction, Top88 also provides content such as guides, update announcements, social mini-games, etc. All official content from Top88 is subject to our copyright. Members may share such content but must cite the source and refrain from editing or distorting it. The content shall also not be exploited for personal gain (e.g., copying a Top88 guide to post on a personal site to advertise another service). We are pleased for members to find the content useful and to share it widely, but intellectual property rights must be respected.

7. Changes and Updates

These Community Guidelines may be updated periodically to align with actual circumstances. We will notify members of any significant changes. However, it remains the responsibility of each member to periodically review these general rules. Your contributions help improve the community—if you have any suggestions or feedback regarding these rules, please submit them to us; we listen to and consider all constructive input.
